Parca Guidelines

AI-Native Pre-Construction services for Real Estate.

Introduction

Parca runs deep research agents across entire markets. They uncover off-market opportunities, show what can be built on every site and bring clarity to every deal. Pre-construction, reinvented for the new age of intelligence.

The identity pairs classical architecture with modern precision. The arch in the logomark comes from that tradition. Off-White and Charcoal carry every surface, Khaki marks the key phrase, and fine line drawings of landmark buildings frame the message.

Headlines run in two tones. The closing phrase, usually Real Estate or the key noun, takes Khaki. Real Estate is capitalized in headlines and lowercase in body copy. No exclamation marks.

Logotype construction

The primary logo pairs the arch symbol with the Parca wordmark. Clearspace equals the arch: its height above and below the lockup, its width to the left and right. No type, imagery, graphics or borders enter this zone.

Logotype scale

The arch and the wordmark always scale together. Never change the spacing between them. Sizes refer to lockup height.

Color versions

Charcoal on Off-White is the everyday default. Off-White on Charcoal is for bold placements and Off-White on Khaki gives a softer tone. Khaki on Charcoal appears on internal credentials. Charcoal also sits on the pillar texture. Never stretch, recolor or rotate the logo, and never place it on busy photography or add shadows, outlines or glows.

Core palette

Off-White is the default surface. Charcoal carries type and bold panels. Khaki marks the key phrase, tags and linework.

Shades

Each core color sits in an eleven step ramp from 50 to 950. The outlined step is the core value.

Color proportions

Off-White carries most surfaces, Charcoal holds type and bold panels, and Khaki stays an accent.

Accessibility

WCAG 2.2 · normal text

Charcoal and Off-White pass AAA in both directions. Khaki on Off-White reaches 2.3:1, below the large text minimum. Khaki 800 on Off-White works for large type.

Type system

Type to edit

Inter Tight is the only typeface. Four weights keep the system consistent. Negative tracking gives headlines and body copy a sharp, architectural edge.

Icons

Lucide

Parca uses the Lucide icon set. Uniform line weights and balanced geometry match the architectural linework. Icons run at a 1.5 stroke in Khaki or Charcoal. Click an icon to copy its SVG.

Illustrations

Minimal architectural line drawings with fine, uniform strokes. Window grids, columns and structural geometry carry the detail, with no shading or gradients. Khaki lines run on Off-White or Charcoal.

Photography

Textures

The pillar texture adds depth behind logos, posters, covers and credentials. The Greek key border and the three four-point stars are decorative details. Use both sparingly so they never compete with the content.

LinkedIn

Covers run on Off-White with a line illustration or sepia skyline. The company cover carries the headline and the backers. The personal cover keeps the lockup on the right, clear of the profile picture.

Social posts

Square posts run on Off-White or Charcoal. One two-tone headline sits at the top, linework or sepia photography fills the rest, and WITHPARCA.COM runs in caps.

Pitch deck

Content slides run on Off-White with the pillar texture, a section tag top right and Khaki for the key phrase. The cover and the closing slide lead with line illustrations of landmark architecture.

Compositions

Large-format media pairs warm monochrome photography with line illustrations and generous whitespace. The headline, the Khaki tag and the waitlist call sit on an Off-White panel.
